What’s the deal with the Kalita Wave?

It’s a unique coffee dripper and although it may seem similar to a V60 it has a few distinctive features. This dripper actually has a flat bottom with 3 smaller holes on its base. Why? Well, this controls the flow rate and provides a bit more of an even extraction than a V60 would. If you’re new to pourovers, the Kalita wave is a fantastic choice for a more forgiving brew.
