At The Roasters Pack, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your equipment or coffee accessories, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
